Do you think you’re ready to be a leader?
Before you begin the lengthy application, here are a few tips that will help you submit the best application possible.

1)	Take your time completing your application. Prior to your 1st phone interview, the background questions on our application are our most useful tool learning more about you.  Be specific in your explanations.  We are looking for energetic people.  Don’t be afraid to be persistent.  We are looking for people who know what they want and go after it.  If you have questions or would like to speak to someone immediately, call the camp office.
2)	We require 3 professional references included on your application.  We will contact these people.  Teachers, past and current employers, coaches and school officials make excellent choices.  We do not accept family friends, relatives, families you babysat for or church officials. Additionally, applicants must have 2 professional letters of recommendation which can be submitted electronically at www.trailsendcamp.com/work/reference_form.php.
3)	We require you to submit a digital photo.  This way we know your name when you arrive!  Please have photos ready when you begin the application or if necessary, you may e-mail it shortly thereafter to
